long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders
will normally be dispatched within three business days of receipt
of payment. You will be sent an
e-mail once your order has been sent. UK orders take 1 - 2 days
from date of postage. International orders can take from 1 - 3 weeks
to arrive.

I
have one piece of jewellery, and I'd like to order another. How
do I ensure they will match?
There
is naturally a variation in the colour of the gemstones and (because
they are handcut) in their shape and size - even within a piece
of jewellery. If you order another piece from the same set this
variation should not affect the overall appearance of the piece.
However, if you are not happy with the match you can return them
to us and we will exchange them for ones that match more closely.

retain your details for a maximum of twelve months. During this
time we will only contact you with news and special offers relating
